To fill prescription online, please take a photo of your prescription slip and complete the form below.Your request will be processed during normal pharmacy hours.
Please take a clear PORTRAIT picture of the entire page that contains your prescription, making sure to capture all 4 edges of the page. Sometimes your doctor may write on the back of the prescription. If so, please provide a picture of the entire back of the page as well.
Not all prescriptions may be eligible for refill. In addition to any regulatory restrictions that may apply, pharmacists reserve the right to refuse refills at their professional discretion and under the direction of Provincial College of Pharmacist Professional Practice Policies, prescriber authority, and Provincial/Federal Legislation
Prescription Pickup
Select the date you would like to pick up your prescription. While your medication(s) may be ready earlier, please allow 24 hours for us to prepare your prescription (or longer, if a refill is requested the day before an observed statutory holiday; please call the pharmacy to check our holiday hours).
Please keep the original prescription to give it to your delivery driver or give it to the pharmacist if you are picking up meditations. Thank you in advance.
